Brandon K. Riley has been employed in the medical field for most of his life.  His mother, a healthcare professional of 25 years, has had a major influence on his work ethic and desire for compassionate care. His career began in the clinical laboratory as a lab assistant and further developed into him founding All in One Mobile Medical Services, a mobile phlebotomy company. His interests then led him to becoming a certified histologist and the creation of RiVic Pathology to assist in workload overflow and understaffing. When he isn't busy working, he enjoys working on cars, watching sports and spending time with his spouse and children. 

 Victoria R. Smith grew up a Military child on the beautiful island of Honolulu, HI. Victoria started her career as a Histology Technician at the age of twenty-one. Her inspiration comes from her loving mother who has been a healthcare worker for over 30 years. Without hesitation, Victoria credits her ability to manage and effectively lead individuals to her hardworking father who has served in the U.S Armed Forces for over 20 years. Victoria has excelled across the lab, gaining experience in a number of areas to include Cytology, Special stains, and Immunohistochemistry. Her motivation to leave behind a legacy for her three beautiful children is what led Victoria to become the Co-Founder of RiVic Pathology.  Outside of saving lives while working at RiVic, Victoria enjoys activities such as, spending time with her kids, watching Marvel Films and going on family vacations.
